Nutcracker Tea Vendor Application
We are proud to offer the opportunity for your business to be a vendor at the Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet’s Nutcracker Tea Fundraiser which will take place on November 17, 2024. There are two seated events, 11 am and 3 pm. The first portion of each event is open exclusively for shopping. Local retail businesses and handcrafted makers will be featured in the grand parlor of the historic Canfield Casino in downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. Guests will have a second opportunity to shop after the performances before departure.
Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet is a 501c (3) non-for-profit ballet school that is committed to providing quality professional dance training and performing opportunities to pre-professional students of all ages and backgrounds. Students achieve their potential as dancers and artists while learning in a collaborative environment. A focus is put on building self-confidence and maturity in a nurturing atmosphere with an emphasis on performance and positive reinforcement. Dancers learn the value of hard work and garner an appreciation and love for the arts.
Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet does not charge its dancers performance or costume fees. Your tax-deductible vendor contribution fee will support over 100 young local dancers and the Arts!

1. By signing and submitting this vendor form, you accept and will follow the rules of this contract application for the 2023 Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet Nutcracker Tea fundraiser.
2. You agree to pay the tax deductible Vendor Sponsor Contribution Fee of $125.00 to participate in the event being held Sunday, November 19, 2023. Fee includes one six foot folding table and mention on the SSYB social media channels and event program.
3. Agreements MUST be filled out and signed by the business owner, manager or authorized representative.
4. The requirements set out as stated must be followed.
Seller must provide their own linens and displays, set up and take-down within the time frame provided by SSYB.
Setup may begin at 8:00 am and must be completed by 10:30 am.
Doors open to ticketed attendees at 10:45 am
Breakdown may begin no sooner than 5:30 pm and must be completed by 7:30 pm
Exclusive sales times will be from 10:45 am until 11:30 am and again from 2:45 pm until 3:30 pm. Additional times at the end of each performance will be available for guests to shop.
Seller is responsible for collecting any applicable sales tax.
Table Assignments: Tables will be assigned and provided upon vendor check in.
